Revamp has a 24-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations/reschedules less than 24 hours will result in a $50 late-cancellation fee for any non- emergent cancellations. Out of courtesy to other patients and our providers, we ask that you please notify the office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
